Sandy Watson is the Executive Director of the House of T.I.M.E., Inc. for over five years. Sandy has worked in the non-profit sector for over 15 years and knows how to be very thrifty and creative with the resources available. Her experience in management at Habitat for Humanity International helped prepare her for her current position. Since Sandy became Director, the House of T.I.M.E. has increased its cash match monies by 
over 30% every year, a true measure of her dedication to the ladies that need a helping hand in the program. Her Master’s in Business Administration and Bachelors degree in Computer Information Management with a minor in Psychology and Marketing come in very handy in her leadership position. Along with her degrees she has a Project Management Certification and many hours of hands-on managerial experience. Sandy is very active in her community and enjoys public speaking as a hobby. One of Sandy’s biggest assets is her ability to accept people for who they are and without judgment.  She prides herself on being able to leave any situation she is involved in better than she found it.

Our staff of credentialed and licensed professionals have a combined 80 plus years of experience working with the chemically dependent.
Together, this caring and supportive team has demonstrated that the answer to long-term recovery lies not only in abstinence --- It also requires experiencing and practicing problem-solving techniques daily and developing a spiritual foundation in our lives.

 Janika Neblett is a Case Manager at the House of T.I.M.E. She facilitates a self-esteem group in which our clients are work to change their external rags to internal riches. In a 12 session Inside-Outside group, clients are learning to take responsibility for the relationships in their lives and learning how to develop healthy relationships. In our Phase II group, all Phase II clients discuss their progress as a whole, share about work issues and how they are handling the freedom that they have learned. Janikia also facilitates a Process Group in which clients check in with each other, voice their concerns about their peers and share burning desires. She meets with each of her clients weekly in individual counseling sessions to help them assess their progress. She became a vital part of the House of T.I.M.E staff in 2008 hoping to influence a life One Day at a Time.

Suzi Kahler is a Licensed Professional Counselor with 20 years of clinical experience working in Addiction Treatment settings.  She received her Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy State University in 1992 and is a Nationally Certified Counselor.  She also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art with a 
concentration in painting and displays her painting at The Joseph House art Gallery and at the Front Porch Gallery in Columbus.  She serves on the Board of Directors of The Joseph House Art Gallery and served for six years on the Board of Directors for the Homeless Resource Network, Inc. of Columbus.  At the House of time, Suzi serves as Intake Coordinator and as a Case Manager for clients, as well as supervising clinical services. Suzi has been a part of the House of T.I.M.E. since 1998.
