Recovery Program for Addicted Homeless Women

Hope

Perseverance

The process depends on you!  The sooner you return all required documentation and medical information the sooner we can conduct your telephone interview and the sooner you will find out if you are admitted.

Women We Serve

The House of T.I.M.E., Inc., established in 1994, is a non-profit organization committed to providing
quality, long-term, residential treatment services in a structured, community based environment to
homeless women who are at least 18 years old and who are substance-addicted.

Our Mission

Our Process

  • Homeless
  • Addicted to alcohol and/or other drugs
  • Able to read and write
  • Able to physically participate
    • Extensive walking and performing a job
  • Has not attempted suicide within the past 12 months.
    • If you have a history of self-mutilating behavior, it must have been resolved for at least 2 years.

Since 1994, the House of T.I.M.E. has helped over 1,000 women rediscover the Faith, Hope, and Trust they need to regain control over their lives. It is not an easy program, nor is it a 28-day rehab. The House of T.I.M.E. provides long term residential treatment for women who did not succeed at maintaining sobriety. We demand strict adherence to our rules. We offer the structure needed to help women get their lives back. We offer over 80 years of combined staff experience. Our program is overwhelmingly successful in bringing about lasting recovery from addiction to alcohol and/or other drugs.

Our Story

  1. We send an application
  2. You read it completely, fill out the parts that apply to you, get the required lab work and doctor’s exam, and
    other documentation (including letters).
  3. You return the completed application, including all documentation, lab results, and doctor’s report to us (mail,
    fax, or in person).
  4. We review your information.  As a courtesy, if your application is not complete, we will notify you.  We will notify
you only once; it is your    responsibility to follow through and obtain the missing information and send it to us.
  5. Once we have received your completed application, we call to schedule a telephone interview with you.   You must
call us on the scheduled date and time to be interviewed.
  6. After your interview, the team will discuss your application and determine whether or not our program is
appropriate for your needs and circumstances.
  7. You (or your contact person) will be notified of our decision.
  8. If you are accepted, your arrival date and time will be determined.  We only admit clients on Monday, Tuesday, and
Thursday and you must  arrive by 3:00 pm.
